- A rental agreement will be sent after booking and must be signed before check-in. - For ocean access: There are stairs that provide ocean access about 200 feet away to the left of the building while facing the ocean. Easy ocean access from the harbor beach to the right of the building. Swim at your own risk. - Reverse Osmosis filtered water is available—just turn the kitchen faucet toward you. - You will hear some noise during landscaping and property maintenance hours which happens every Friday at 8:00 AM until around 10:30AM.

- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Noise complaints may result in a fine. - Please rinse off sand from your body and beach gear before entering the condo. Hoses are located on either side of the building. - Smoking is only allowed in the designated area (in front of parking spot 7). - Pool and grill hours are 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM - Please do not back into parking space. - Please use drying racks and do not hang towels or laundry on lanai hand rails. - Only the number of guests included in your booking are permitted on the property. If additional guests are found to have stayed without prior approval, you will be charged for their stay along with a $500 recovery fee. - This property has a strict no parties policy.

Maalaea is a quiet oceanfront community located 15 minutes from the airport, 25 minutes from Lahaina and just a short drive from Kihei. From our condo, you’ll be able to walk to Maalaea Harbor to catch a whale watching or sunset cruise. You can also walk to Maui Ocean Center, shops and restaurants, or take a stroll to Maui’s longest sandy beach — Sugar Beach.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful condo! The location is perfect for watching whales as well as walking to the harbor for boat excursions. When we first walked in the Hawaiian music was playing and we were greeted with a hand written welcome note along with several goodies. I highly recommend this property for a memorable Hawaiian vacation!

We were in Maui when the big kona storm hit in March 2026. All of Maui was flooded and roads impassable. This condo is in an area that was safe and protected. Not only did we feel safe we also had a grand view of the storm and the raging ocean. The consolation for not getting the vacation we planned for is having the best spot to watch the whales tail slap and breech the water in the comfort of our temporary home. We slept peacefully and comfortably in the condo. Everything was perfect right down to the treats the host left for us. My friends want to come back for a redo with the same accommodations. We didn't want to leave.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. We appreciated the thoughtful welcome with snacks. The view from the balcony was amazing. We were lucky enough to see whales every day, which made mornings and evenings extra special. The location is also very central, making it easy to explore the area and get to everything we wanted to do. Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay and we would definitely come back.

Had a lovely time at Raina’s. We were met with a thoughtful gift- an assortment of local goodies. The condo was very quiet and comfortable and we enjoyed watching sea turtles from the balcony! Easily walkable (1/2 mile) to a nice beach, Raina provided umbrellas, chairs, a cooler, and everything else you need for a beach excursion. Would highly recommend if you want a peaceful and relaxing Maui holiday.

I don’t think 5 stars is enough for this place! It looked just like the photos! The location was amazing- and we could see then sea turtles and whales all day- it was the best! Raina had everything you could possibly need to make your stay easy and feel like home. This will be the only place I stay when I come back to Maui! Stay here, you won’t regret it!

This place was even better than I thought it would be! It was very clean, everything was in good shape, and the location couldn't have been better for shopping, restaurants, whale watching with the Pacific Whale Foundation, and visiting the Maui Ocean Center (all within walking distance). I was impressed with the little things as well, like how the AC worked well, the cookware was good quality, and the drinking water tasted good. By far my favorite part was watching the whales and turtles from the balcony every morning and evening. It was beautiful and peaceful and we can't wait to come back, we're already planning on reserving this same unit next year!

Raina’s place was awesome!! Such a clean and well decorated space optimal for families / small groups. We absolutely loved the balcony and view, which made it feel like we had a private beach. There were kitchen and bathroom supplies available, which was very helpful. Would stay again!

We highly recommend renting a car to make the most of your stay and get around easily. If you prefer not to drive, public transportation and rideshare options like Uber are also available.
