Great accommodations for my wife and me. Close walk to the Venice.beach. House was appointed with all items one would need to enjoy a vacation. Raina was quickly responsive to any questions we had.

Great location! Walkable to downtown, the beach and peaceful neighborhood streets on the island. Super friendly and responsive host. We visit Venice quite often and are excited about this new rental option.

This place was in immaculate condition and is in a nice neighborhood and less than 2 blocks from the beach. Raina was proactive, friendly and thoughtful. Great host! And this was a great experience!

We really loved our stay there. It was a great location for what we were looking for, the house was immaculate and all the little touches that she overdid for us were beyond what we expected. This was my first Airbnb stay and we were very delighted. Would definitely come back again! Hope it will be available when we need it.

Waking up on a quiet street in the tropical paradise of South Florida set the tone for such a relaxing stay at this newly listed townhouse in Venice. It was exceptionally quiet, spotless, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need on a family beach vacation…truly your own home in paradise. The home felt fresh and well cared for, and it was easy to settle in right away. Raina’s communication was friendly, responsive, and personal, which made the whole experience even better; she made a point to recommend the local farmer’s market and had a personalized welcome when we arrived. This is less than a five minute walk from a very quiet county beach access where we spent all day looking for shark teeth and shells. We’d absolutely stay here again with our family and would recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing home base for a shelling, shark toothing, and fun in the Florida sun!
